Astana to introduce additional 23 hotel facilities for EXPO guests

23 hotels for 2829 seats will be created in Astana, the official website of the capital’s akimat reports.

Today, in Astana there are 164 hotels for 12 482 people. Before the start of the EXPO-2017, it is planned to put into operation 23 hotels for 2829 people. At the same time, in the city there are 25 hostels for 664 seats. Total, by May 2017 there will be 15,975 seats.

The additional placements will be universities’ and colleges’ dormitories, as well as rented apartments. Total, it is planned to allocate more than 9 thousand seats in the dormitories.

However, in the city there are 18 thousand apartments are available for rent.
