SK to present 5 “green” projects at EXPO-2017
From South Kazakhstan region at EXPO-2017 will take part 5 projects in the sphere of “green economy”, the Governor’s Office informs.
According to the information of the regional Department of Entrepreneurship, Industrial-Innovative Development and Tourism, these projects were selected by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to fill the national pavilion “Nur Alem” and proposed by JSC “NC “Astana EXPO-2017”.
In particular, they are – “Future Energy: Pure Water – Source of Life” – LLP “Water resources – Marketing”; “Integrated renewal of main water and spare units” – JSC “Shardara Health Inspection Services”, “Within the framework of modernization project of “PKOP” LLP, new technologies for improving the environment” – LLP “PKOP”, “Within the framework of modernization project of JSC “Shymkentcement” Environment Improvement” – JSC “Shymkentcement”, “Construction of Solar Power Plant with 50 MW capacity in Suzak district of South Kazakhstan region”- LLP “Green Energy 3000”.
Along with it, in South Kazakhstan region at the regional level, a plan of measures for preparation for the international specialized exhibition EXPO-2017 was developed.
According to him, the following areas are carried out in the region: promotion and advertising of EXPO-2017, organization of work on visiting the region’s inhabitants, transportation, providing training for volunteers, developing tourist routes for guests, providing the capital with agricultural goods during the exhibition, and filling national pavilion of Kazakhstan “Nur Alem”.
