Wind generators to appear in Karkaraly district

A new large-scale project worth 44 billion tenge is planned to be implemented in Karkaraly district, Governor’s Office of Karaganda region reported.

This project will be implemented by “Shanyrak” Company. As noted in the message, the company will contribute to the development of country’s “green” economy.
“We plan to begin construction of the facility in June this year, we will finish it by the end of 2018. The capacity will be 60 MW. Specialists will be trained in Germany”, head of the enterprise M. Doshtayev said.

At the moment, the project documents have been sent to the state expert examination. The construction of wind generators will create 220 new jobs. The project also includes the construction of a cottage town for workers. In addition, the entrepreneur is ready to build a kindergarten for 70 children.
