Xi Jinping will attend opening of EXPO 2017

Xi Jinping’s visit is expected in June 2017.

Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the opening of the international exhibition “EXPO -2017”. This was announced during a briefing at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to China Shahrat Nuryshev, Kazpravda.kz reports. 

“In June of 2017 the visit of Chinese President to Kazakhstan is expected, as well as his participation in the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the opening of the international exhibition “EXPO-2017”, – said Nuryshev. 

During his official visit, Xi Jinping will meet with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

“The heads of state will discuss a wide range of issues in the fields of politics, economy, international arena, cultural and humanitarian cooperation”, – concluded the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to China.

Note that in the framework of the briefing Shahrat Nuryshev highlighted topical issues of cooperation between Kazakhstan and China.
